		abstract={This study examine the effects of Environmental Unertainly and business strategy on managerial performane with Broadsope as moderating variabels. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies in Palembang. 33 manufacturing companies use a sample in this research.
Testing the hypothesis using t-test and analyze regresion with the help of SPSS. The test result show that there are no effects of Environmental Unertainly and business strategy on managerial performane with Broadsope as moderating
variabels.
