		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of management control system and organizational learning on corporate performance. This research was conducted at the manufacturing company PT registered legal entity in the department of industry and trade city of Palembang. The data obtained is data derived from primary data by distributed 40 questionnaires to corporate leaders. Hypothesis testing using multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS 17.0. The test result showed that the first hypothesis (H1) management control system affect the corporate performance. The second hypothesis (H2) organizational learning affect the corporate performance. Result of this study are expected to be useful as a reference for furher research.
