		abstract={This research aimed to examine the effect of total quality management, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on business unit performance. The population in this study is all of the government?s banking companies that are located at Palembang city. Research samples were determined by using purposive sampling method. The samples that were taken are 32 respondents from the total of 48 government?s banking companies that are located at Palembang city. Process of collecting data was done by direct observation and survey method, it was gotten by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The technique of analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis, and treated with the help of SPSS 17 software. The result of this study shows that total quality management, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have significant effects on business unit performance.
