The aim of the research is to test the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and diversification to firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility is measured using GRI Index version 3.0, diversification is measured using dummy are diclosed in the annual report and firm value is measured using Tobin?s Q. Sampling method with quota sampling and fixed of  90 companies diversification, 30 companies non diversification listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015. Data analysis texhniques used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 21. The result show that Corporate Social Responsibility and diversification have no affect on firm value.
