		abstract={This study aimed to test whether the effect of the asset structure, sales growth, and
profitability of the capital structure. The population in this research is
manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchane (BEI) in 2013-
2015. Samples use purposive technique sampling with specific criterias. The
sample of this research is obtained by 32 companies. Data analysis technique uses
is multiple regression model through R Statistic Program. The results show the
asset structure, sales growth, and profitability effect is positive but not significant
the capital structure.
