		abstract={This study aims to determine whether Job Motivation and Job Training affect the Employee Performance Account Representative at the Tax Office of Palembang City.Population in this research is all employees account representative at KPP Palembang city. The sample in this research is determined by Stratified Random Sampling method so that 49 samples are obtained. This study uses primary data. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis method with SPSS version 20.0 program. Test results indicate that work motivation does not affect the performance of employees account representative. while, job training has an effect on to account representative employee performance in Tax Office of Palembang city.
