		abstract={This study aims to see whether there is Influence of Stock Option In Announcement Employee Stock Option Plan Against Abnormal Return. The population in this study is the company that announced the Employee Stock Option Plan during the year 2013-2016. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling method, so that the research sample is 16 companies. To prove the hypothesis is done simple regression testing. The results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) states that the proportion of stock options granted does not affect the abnormal return.
