		abstract={This study aimed to examine the relationshif of corporate social responsibility disclousure of the value companies with foreign ownership as moderating variabel. Population in this study is firms enagaged in mining and plantation
industry which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples in the set by purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is 18 companies and the observation period was 3 years in a row. Hypothesis testing using multiple analysis methods regrasi with the help of SPSS version 17.0. The result show that the Ha stating that foreign ownership is able to moderate disclouser of corporate social responsibility relationship between the value companie, is rejected.
