		abstract={This study aims to examine the information during offering to underpricing. Information during offering is ownership retention, offer timing, offering price, ICI (Indonesia Composite Index), assets growth, and revenues growth. Samples are companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2015. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study as many as 100 companies. The method of analysis used multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results show that information during offering that consists of ownership retention, offer timing, offering price, ICI (Indonesia Composite Index), assets growth, and revenues growth has no effect on underpricing.
