		abstract={The goals of this study is to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and growth companies. The population in this study is company property and real estate sector. Samples determined by using purposive sampling method. The samples obtained were as much 46 sample. The data analysis technique is using linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS ver. 20. The results showed that the all independend variable significant negative effect on dividend policy.
