		abstract={This study aimed to examine the effect of implemantation of e-filing system and quality of service tax officials to satisfication of individual taxpayers in KPP Pratama Ilir Timur Palembang. The population in this study is the individual taxpayer who registered in KPP Pratama Ilir Timur Palembang. Determination of the samples is done by using the convenience sampling method, in order to get the total sample of 100 individual taxpayer. The analysis method used in this studyis multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing used was t test with SPSS. The results showed that (1) the implemantation of e-filing system affect the satisfaction of individual taxpayers, and (2) quality of service tax officials affect the satisfaction of individual taxpayers.
