		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Growth Opportunity, Capital Structure, Dividend Policy and Institutional Ownership on Firm Value. population in this study is all financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample is applied by using purposive sampling. A total of 22 financial companies sampled in this study from the period 2013-2015. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 20. These results indicate that the variable Profitability, Growth Opportunity, Capital Structure, Dividend Policy have positive effect on value of company, while Good Corporate Governance have negative effect on the Company Value.
