		abstract={ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze whether the employee stock option plan can strengthen the relationship between intellectual capital to productivity. MVAIC model is used as a tool to measure the intellectual capital of a company. Population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2016. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The obtained sample is 255. Analysis method used is moderated regression analys, t test, F test as hypothesis test tool. The result of this indicate that the employee stock option plan strengthens the relationship between intellectual capital to productivity as indicated by a significance value of 0,000 less than 0,05.
