		abstract={This study aims to identify and understand the technical chart pattern and foreign 
flow analysis used as the basis for making decisions to invest in LQ45 banking 
stocks. This study uses a quntitative research type. Using secondary data stock price 
charts and broker summary period September 2020 ? December 2021, the data is 
obtained from website Tradingview and IPOT dekstop. The results show that 
buying decisions are made when there is a breakout from chart pattern and having 
foreign accumulation in LQ45 stocks banking sector, selling decisions are made 
when there is a breakdown from chart pattern and having foreign distribution occurs 
in LQ45 stocks banking sector.}
