The results of the study indicate that the majority of premarital sexual behavior of adolescent girls is in the non-risk category as much as 92% and shows a relationship between parental communication and sexual behavior of adolescent girls where each aspect studied shows a significant relationship, namely the aspect of openness (p -value 0.000), aspects of support (p-value 0.001), aspects of positivity (p-value 0.000), aspects of empathy (p-value 0.000), and aspects of equality (p-value 0.000). The better the communication between parents and young women, the lower the risk of premarital sexual behavior. Therefore, effective communication must have openness, support, a positive attitude, a sense of empathy, and good equality.} }
