Methods : The study used the literature review method with literature sources using the Google Scholar, Science Direct, Pubmed, ProQuest and SagePub databases. Of the 158,233 articles, there were 9 articles that discussed inclusion criteria such as research methods such as Cohort studies and Cross Sectional Studies, full text articles published in the last 10 years (2012-2022). Writing quality studies using the Jonna Briggs Institute (JBI). Data analysis using thematic analysis. Results : Based on the articles that have been anlyzed, the results show that response time to pre hospital care is response time, length of prehospital care and impact of prehospital. Discussion : In research, response time is estimated as the duration between the time a call is made in an emergency and the arrival time of an ambulance at the scene of an emergency, it can be concluded that the time given during prehospital care response time is mostly ?15 minutes, while for a good normal range ?5 minutes.} }
