		abstract={ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the development of new services at the Toyota arina Gresik workshop. In this study using the type of applied research used is evaluation research, and the population used by all Toyota Arina Gresik consumers who use the services of a Toyota Arina workshop from August to September 2021. The sample eligible in the study was between 30 to 500 total samples. The samples in this study were 30 samples of service users at the Toyota Arina Gresik Workshop. The sampling technique that will be used in this study is by means of Accidental Sampling and the analytical tools used are the data analysis techniques of this study are QFD and HOQ. The result of this study is that there are 6 technical responses, the first is to complete a more complete car service package, the second is to expand the spare parts brand with a more durable one, the third expands the workshop, the fourth is the recruitment of new mechanics, the fifth is to renovate the waiting room to make it comfortable and clean, and the sixth promotes a wider range of home service services.}
