		abstract={Adolescents are part of the younger generation, are a social force that 
plays a very important role in nation building. However, problems that often 
occur, especially for adolescents who are in a developmental phase between 
childhood and adulthood which can lead to a period of crisis, are characterized by a tendency for deviant behavior to emerge where in adolescence there will be a very high desire to try something, following trends. lifestyle, and having fun even though all these tendencies are natural, but it makes it easier for teenagers to abuse prohibited items, namely narcotics. Based on this description, the author is interested in discussing what factors cause the occurrence of narcotics abuse crimes by teenagers and how the efforts made by the police, in this case the Malang City Resort, are to deal with the occurrence of narcotics crimes by teenagers? By using the empirical juridical research method, the data analysis technique was carried out in a descriptive-qualitative manner which means a method that is used to describe or analyze research results but is not used to make broader conclusions. Which in principle is prohibited for anyone to use Narcotics, except for purposes based on Article 6 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics}
