Stunting is the result of chronic malnutrition and repeated infections that make children too short for their age. One of the causes of stunting is the low level of maternal education. Mothers with good management can apply a pattern of fulfilling food intake related to proper nutrition and also mothers are able to provide the fulfillment of nutrients needed by children. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between maternal education and the incidence of stunting by using the literature study method. Methods: The design of this research is a literature study by reviewing 10 journals. Journal searches were conducted on the Google Scholar, PubMed and Sciendirect websites using the keywords Maternal Education AND Stunting which were adjusted to the inclusion criteria. Journals were then assessed for quality using JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute) and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. Results: Based on the results in this study, there is a relationship between mother's education and the incidence of stunting in children based on a literature study. Lack of maternal education will be the main cause of stunting. High or low education will continue to affect the incidence of stunting in children because of a mother's lack of understanding about parenting to fulfill nutrition for her family, especially for children who are developing and growing. Conclusion: Based on the results in this study, there is a relationship between mother's education and the incidence of stunting in children based on a literature study. Lack of maternal education will be the main cause of stunting. High or low education will continue to affect the incidence of stunting in children because of a mother's lack of understanding about parenting to fulfill nutrition for her family, especially for children who are developing and growing.} }
