If the work lasts a long time without adequate rest, then the body's ability will decrease and can cause disturbances in the limbs. Hand posture with repetitive wrist hand movements, especially hand flexion and arm extension of motorists can increase the risk of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Methods: The research is descriptive-analytic using an observational approach. The respondents of this study were online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Malang who met the inclusion criteria. The method used to obtain information from respondents is the form of a questionnaire. Results: The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test obtained a data distribution value of 0.000 which indicates that the data is abnormal. The results of the hypothesis test of significance value (2-tailed) obtained results of 0.121 with information H0 accepted and H1 rejected. Pearson Correlation shows the magnitude of the relationship between the variable length of service and the dependent variable is 0.211, the value is included in the unrelated category. Conclusion: The research conducted shows that there is not a relationship between years of service and a mild risk of carpal tunnel syndrome among online motorcycle taxi drivers in Malang City} }
