Not only as a tool for disseminating information but also as a forum to fight for social rights in the community. One of them is voicing the rights of people with disabilities. Persons with disabilities, especially Indonesia, have not fully earned their rights properly. This study aims to find out the framing related to the issue of voicing the rights of people with disabilities in the Magdalene.co media in the December 2021 edition of the Issues rubric. This research uses the theory of social construction by Peter L. Berger and a qualitative approach with an interpretive type and uses the research basis of framing analysis techniques introduced by Zhongdang Pan Gerald M. Kosicki. The supporting theory used in this study is Pamela Shoemaker's Hierarchy of Mass Media Influence theory. Data collection was obtained by archiving documentation of articles published Magdalene.co the period of December 2021. From the results of the framing analysis in voicing the rights of people with disabilities, it was found that Magdalene.co through its articles contains forms of rights related to people with disabilities. Such as disability rights in the community, the realm of education and work. As well as providing solutions related to the problem of the issue, obtained by the theory of the Hierarchy of Influence of Mass Media Pamela J. Shoemaker and Stephen D. Resse have met all five levels, namely the individual level, the level of media routine, the level of organization, the level of extramedia, and the level of ideology.} }
