		abstract={The implementation of constitutional court decisions often experiences problems in their application. Where the constitutional court's decision, which is final and binding, does not yet have strong enough executory power in enforcing the decision. The problem that will be studied in this study is how the executory power of the Constitutional Court decision in testing the Law against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. How are the legal implications of the executory power of the Constitutional Court's decision in the test of the Law against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Based on the Theory of Legal Certainty. The research method uses a normative normative legal research type of juridical research, using the statue aproach approach method and the conseptual approach. The legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials that include literature studies. Based on the results of research and discussion of the power of law in the decision of the Constitutional Court in testing the judicial review law, it turns out that it has its own characteristics related to its executory power. These characters are absolute characters and relative characters. Where absolute character shows such great executory power. While the relative character shows the weakness of the executory strength. The legal implications in the judicial review law test give birth to two legal implications, binding legal changes; and the definite protection of constitutional rights. The suggestion is that the Constitutional Court should state unequivocally in its ruling that the order for the framers of the Law is obliged to carry out the decision, as well as to optimize the executory power of the Constitutional Court's decision in providing legal certainty through a jurisprudence-based legal culture.}
