This final project discusses the prediction of the potential of electrical energy in the district of Bima with the artificial neural network method. There are two types of simulation will be carried out in this study. First, simulation of the intensity of solar radiation using weather variables that have an impact on the intensity of solar radiation and secondly simulating wind speed that rotates turbines using weather variables related to wind speed. Both types use artificial neural networks (ANN) to make predictions. This artificial neural network simulation method becomes a reference as a plan to analyze electrical energy with a prediction stage. In the study, from the data on the intensity of solar radiation, it produces solar electricity with the assumption of 1Kw with an average output power of 456,517 Watt, and the average power input to the panel is 3,501.104 Watt and the results of the wind turbine speed with an average of 52,927 Watts. Because the wind speed is too low, there is little possibility to build a PLTB in the Sape area.} }
