The purpose of this study was to determine the style of interpersonal communication conflict management between deaf and hearing members in the Shining Deaf community of Batu City. The theory used is the Conflict Management Style by Thomas and Kilmann to describe how the conflict management styles are carried out by each deaf member and hearing member in the community when a conflict occurs. This study uses the constructivism paradigm. This research was conducted at the ?Shining Tuli Kota Batu? community basecamp at Situ Cafe with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of this study show that the conflict management style used by deaf friends and hearing friends in the ?Shining Deaf? community of Batu City is competition, blaming each other to show that he is right. Then avoid, namely by avoiding interactions that involve conflict, and compromise, namely after doing self-introspection. The findings in the field show that deaf members always need a third party, namely a hearing partner to help or bridge the problem solving between deaf friends and deaf friends and deaf friends to friends hear.} }
