Interpersonal communication of organizational management is one of the main factors that is the background of these problems. This study aims to determine the role of organizational management interpersonal communication on cadre militancy. Researchers use qualitative methods with phenomenological studies. By involving 8 subjects from administrators and cadres who had gone through one year of management at PMII UMM, researchers used in-depth interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques and used social penetration theory as a theoretical review. The research was conducted in Malang in June 2022. The data collected was analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, eight subjects stated that the interpersonal communication carried out by administrators and their cadres greatly influenced the quality and quantity of their cadres. The better the communication carried out by the management, the easier it will be for them to be able to instill the attitude and sense of militancy that exists in the UMM PMII organizational cadres.} }
