Data collection techniques through questionnaires with total sampling technique on 38 respondents. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the scale range and uses the bootstrapping hypothesis test through Process Macro Analysis from Hayes with the help of SPSS 25 software. The calculation of the scale range shows compensation with high results, high self-efficacy, high motivation, and employee performance with high results . The results obtained in this study are that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance variables, self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance variables, compensation has a significant effect on motivation, self-efficacy has a significant effect on motivation, motivation is not significant on employee performance, motivation can mediate the influence compensation on employee performance, motivation cannot mediate self-efficacy on employee performance.} }
