abstract={The research was conducted at PD HM Kue Pia Sukabumi Regency and aimed at increasing production by applying product layout model. The research method applied was quantitative descriptive in order to tabulating the data with the help of product layout model. The research utilized product layout model for increasing the result of production at the company.
The result of the research shows that product layout model helps optimize production result in making the working hours efficient as it can be observed from the process of implementation of product layout model in terms of sequence diagram in order to find out working pattern in the company. Subsequently, proper time cycle is determined which is as much as 15 minutes per work station, the creation of allocation of work station 1 (A,B), station 2 (C,D), station 3 (E), station 4 (F), station 5 (G,H,I), station 6 (J); effectiveness is calculated and the amount of balance day after calculated is E = 94%, BD = 6%.}
