		abstract={Gout Arthritis is a type of disease associated with acid kinetic disorders, namely hyperuricemia. Hyperuricemia is an increase in uric acid levels in the blood above normal. Health education is a form of independent nursing action to help clients either individually, in groups or in the community in overcoming their health problems through learning activities in which nurses act as nurse educators (Suliha, et al, 2002). This is the author of managing family nursing care for the family of Mrs. E due to Gout Arthritis. After conducting an assessment on the family of Mrs. E diagnoses that emerged were ineffective family health management b.d the inability of the family to care for sick family members and lack of knowledge in the family b.d the inability of the family to recognize health problems. The application of this health education to families with ineffective health management due to gout arthritis can be overcome. The results carried out on the family of Mrs. E due to ineffective health management and discusses health education regarding Gout Arthritis. So, it can be concluded that the application of this health education can streamline health management and add insight about gout arthritis. So that this health education can be applied in family nursing in cases of lack of knowledge and ineffective family management due to gout arthritis.}
