		abstract={Hemorrhagic stroke is the rupture of a blood vessel causing obstruction of normal blood flow and blood seeping into an area of the brain and damaging it. The purpose of this application is to determine the effect of the 30° head up position on clients with hemorrhagic stroke who have decreased oxygen saturation in Ankola Village RT 21/RW 05, Sukajadi Village, Cibinong District, Cianjur Regency. The method in this case is a case study by comparing theory with a 30° head up position journal. Data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews, and literature studies. The implementation results show a change when given a 30° head-up position to clients with hemorrhagic stroke who experience decreased consciousness. The conclusion of this paper is that the application of the 30° head up position is effective in increasing the oxygen saturation value and this action can be an alternative for someone who has hemorrhagic stroke with a decrease in oxygen saturation.}
