		abstract={This research is motivated by the lack of basic passing techniques and still often make mistakes in passing which starts from passing the ball incorrectly so that the ball is easily on the opposing team, as well as the lack of accuracy of passing made by academy students. This study aims to determine the effect of target game training versus conventional games at the Cibadak Futsal Academy. This study uses a quantitative experimental type method. By using the PretestPosttest Control Group Design research design, the population and sample in this study were 20 students of the Cibadak Futsal Academy, thus using a saturated sampling technique. This study uses a four-way passing test which is used as an instrument in data collection for this study. The results of research that have been carried out in data analysis that there is a significant effect, namely the results of the mean pretest having a value of 12.50 and Std. Deviation is 5.40062 and the results of the posttest mean are 15.50 and Std. Deviation 4.37798. And from the data from the T n-Gain test results, it has an increase of 14.6% for the target game group and 11.7% increase for the conventional game group, with these results it is stated that there is a significant effect for both games in increasing passing accuracy at the Futsal Academy.
