		abstract={Mental health is something we hear quite often nowadays, although there are still many who do not know about it. Psychological violence itself is still not getting more attention than other acts of violence such as physical violence and sexual violence. The attitude of victims, families and relatives is still passive in dealing with psychological violence that occurs around them. The impact of psychological violence also turns out to have very bad consequences if not handled and dealt with properly.
The method used in this research uses the Empirical Normative Legal Research method, researchers also use interview techniques with several people and conduct literature literacy in obtaining data sources that can be used in this study.The number of cases of psychological violence is still very poorly revealed due to people who are less capable in dealing with acts of psychological violence. 
The impact of psychological violence also has long-lasting consequences in community life in the future, whether it affects the victim himself or the surrounding environment. The lack of sympathy and empathy also affects the first step in the acts of psychological violence that occur. It takes cooperation between the government and the community to reduce and eliminate cases of psychological violence that occur. It is also necessary to create a website or application that can facilitate the community in dealing with acts of psychological violence. Socialization about psychological violence also needs to be carried out by the local government, especially the city of Sukabumi, in conveying information related to psychological violence. The bad culture of the people of the city of Sukabumi also needs to be changed.}
