Every time there is high rainfal, the river overflowers and the settements around the river are inudated by floods. Plannning for flood control, river security, and other water structures can be carried out property if the pl anned flood discharge in the river can be known. The method used in this study is the empirical method, then analyzed by hourly rain intesity from there rainfall stations, then these parameters become a support for determining flood discharge from the HSS Nakyasu, HSS Snyder, HSS SCS, HSSITB-1 and methodehs ITB-2 where from the five methods it can be seen the maximum Q that flowes over the Cibuni watershed, From the Calculatiosn of Q, the maximum flood waas obtained by the HSS ITB-2 method on the 10 year return perod of 2967,417 m3/second and the minimum obtained by the Nakyasu HSS method with various periods on the 100 year return period of 906,826 m3/second. Based on the analysis of the five synthetic unit hydrograph methods, the Synthetic unit hydrograph methods, the Synthetic Unit Hydrograph method fo the purposes of caclulating and planning water structures in Cibuni watershed is Synthetic Unit Hydrograph ITB-2} }
