		abstract={Report cards are important documents for students. In filling it requires accuracy, this is a teacher's job which is quite troublesome. Where, the teacher must fill in the lesson values as many students as there are in his class. This was deemed ineffective because it was seen that to produce report cards, the homeroom teacher needed data on student scores from all subject teachers to then put them in the ledger book and write them down in the report cards. In addition, in the process of processing student report cards, errors and delays often occur. Therefore, a web-based system is proposed that can process report cards in order to make the work of the teacher or homeroom teacher easier. This system will facilitate the process of reporting student report card data quickly and efficiently. In order to strengthen this research, in the research process of making this system, data collection was carried out taken from schools, literature studies as support for problem solving theory, system development methods that use waterfalls which are implemented in web-based applications by utilizing the PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases. With this application, it can help the work of educators and homeroom teachers and can make it easier for users to process grades so that they can be carried out effectively and efficiently. In addition, the system interface can be implemented in accordance with the display of the report that is running, so that the resulting process value is accurate.}
