Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. are company in banking which have business to collect fund from society and redistribute to society. The problem is both bank have a fluctuation liquidity condition. Eventhough CAMEL score from two banks are in healthy predicate.
The research conducts to know work performance in both bank for 2014-2016 period from bank health level that refers to regulation in Bank Indonesian Letter with CAMEL method (capital, assets, management, earning, and liquidity) and to know bank finance work performance that is better from both bank The result score of bank finance work performance on BJB Bank in 2014-2016 shows ratio value of CAR, KAP, ROA, BOPO, and LDR in good condition
and have health predicate. Meanwhile ratio value of NPM has health enough predicate. BJB Bank in 2014-2016 shows ratio value of CAR, KAP, ROA, BOPO, in good condition and have health predicate, ratio value of NPM has health enough predicate, ratio value of LDR in 2014 is not quite good condition and has
unhealth predicate, ratio value of LDR has health predicate in 2015 and quite unhealthyness predicate in 2016. From two banks finance work performance score is obtained very good CAMEL value in 2014-2016 though there is fluctuation but it remains in health predicate and BJB Bank has better work performance}
