		abstract={This thesis is entitled Analysis of Public Relations Crisis Issue Management at Yasyfin Darussalam Gontor Hospital, Ponorogo. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of crisis management issues carried out by Yasyfin Darussalam Gontor Hospital. This study uses a qualitative approach with data presented in descriptive form. As is known, a crisis is something that happens suddenly. Crises have an influence on the survival of an organization. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare related to crisis issue management to deal with situations that may occur. Yasyfin Darussalam Gontor Hospital is a new general hospital located in Gontor Village, Mlarak District, Ponorogo Regency. In the midst of its efforts to introduce the brand to the wider community, RS. Yasyfin Darussalam Gontor was faced with a crisis that became an obstacle. The crisis is related to the issuance of death certificates which are suspected to have been fabricated. From the results of the study it was found that RS. Yasyfin Darussalam Gontor used a defensive strategy in dealing with the crisis.}
