		abstract={This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Stress, Work Environment, and Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction. The sample in this research is 77 respondents. The stages of testing carried out include instrument testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) Work Stress, Work Environment, and Leadership Style simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
