The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data in the study used data from questionnaires which were distributed with written statements to the respondents. The population in the study were all employees, namely 357 people. The sample in this study was 80 people using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is an influence between Support Teamwork on Employee Job Satisfaction (2) There is a negative and significant effect between Support Leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction (3) There is an influence between Employee Loyalty on Employee Job Satisfaction (4) There is a significant influence simultaneous between Support Teamwork, Support Leadership and Employee Loyalty on Employee Job Satisfaction at Darmayu General Hospital.
