Tajab, M.A Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Self-Adjustment, Communication Manners Students are the same as humans who cannot live without other people, so students cannot be avoided from relationships and are interconnected. A relationship will be based on the existence of an interpersonal communication, which is better accompanied by adjustments to each self. It is not easy for someone to do both things simultaneously, therefore the author is interested in researching the related "Relationship Between Interpersonal Communication and Self-Adjustment Based on Communication Ethics in Students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo 2019-2022" This writing uses a quantitative research method, because of filling out a questionnaire (questionnaire) and emphasizing the resulting numbers. This quantitative research received assistance from the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for Windows program. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship and how far interpersonal communication and self-adjustment based on communication manners are interrelated. In this research, it shows that interpersonal communication and self-adjustment based on communication manners have a relationship (correlation), using the Pearson product moment correlation hypothesis test of 31.24%. The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents, and none of the answers to the items in the questionnaire focused on just one answer so the answers from the respondents varied.} }
