Therefore, business competitiveness is increasing. Companies must improve their foundation to compete with other comparable businesses given the increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial competence on competitive advantage partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were MSME entrepreneurs selling in Geger District, Madiun Regency, with a total sample of around 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. Data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that partially the entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial competence have a positive effect. Simultaneously the entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial competence jointly influence competitive advantage.
