		abstract={Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency. This test is to determine the effect of each variable. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire obtained from the results of the respondents' answers. The object of this research is MSME actors in Ponorogo Regency with the fields of service, industry and trade. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 MSME owners in Ponorogo Regency. The sampling method in this study was cluster sampling where the respondents in this study were clustered based on the type of MSME consisting of services, production, and trade. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire that is distributed directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 16 software. Multiple linear regression analysis in this study was tested using descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The result of testing the first hypothesis is that financial literacy has no effect on the performance of MSMEs. In the second hypothesis, financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. In the third hypothesis, namely the simultaneous test, it shows that financial literacy and financial inclusion have an effect on the performance of MSMEs.
