		abstract={OnlinelearningisoneofmanyteachingandlearningwaystobeimplementedinthisCovid-19situation.Inordertobeabletomakestudentsgaintheirinterestinunderstandingthetopicslearned,teachersshouldgiveuniqueandactualmaterialsforthem,andvideoisanaudio-visualmediathatcanrepresenttherealsituationofthetopics,theteacherwillbeabletogiveclearinformationandexplanation,andthestudentswillfeelmoreconnectedwiththeirteacher.Thisresearchstudiedtheuseofvideomaterialsinteachingspeakingthroughthee-learningsystem.Themethodusedisexperimentalresearchwiththetypeonegrouppre-testpost-testdesign.Theresearchsamplesare32studentsof8thgradeASMPNegeri27Banjarmasin.Theresulttakenshowsthatthereisasignificantimpactoftheimplementationofthevideomaterialsinteachingspeaking.Itgivesthegreaterresultforimprovingstudents'speakingskillsthannotusingthevideo.Thepositiveimpactofusingvideomaterialsinteachingandlearningspeakingmakethestudentstobeabletounderstandofthetopicsbeinglearned,asitisobviousthatthestudentstendtoenjoywatchingaudiovisualmaterialsratherthanjustreadingorvisualmaterials.asvideoisreallycrucialtoincreasethestudentsinterestsandmotivationtowardslearningtocommunicate,fortheywillhavetherealexamplesofthesituationsbeingdiscussed.}
