abstract={Suatu masalah yang langsung menyentuh pekerja atau karyawan adalah kasus covid-19 yang sedang melanda hampir seluruh negara, termasuk negara Indonesia salah satunya, yang mengharuskan pemerintah mengambil suatu kebijakan terkait dengan pemotongan upah pekerja atau karyawan, permasalahan tersebut sangat menarik untuk dikaji pada bidang kemaslahatan bagi pihak yang terkait, agar para pihak yang terkait dapat mengetahui penerapan penyelesaian permasalahan yang akan timbul yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah sehingga dapat terhindar dari sipat batil.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: tinjauan ekonomi syariah terhadap kebijakan pemerintah tentng pemotongan upah ditengah bencana covid-19.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitiankualitatif dengan sifat kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada kondisi yang sekarang ini, yaitu mewabahnya virus corona, sehingga pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan melalui Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan No.M/3/HK.O4/III/2O2O dalam Islam kebijakan pemerintah tersebut boleh dilakukan apalagi dalam keadaan darurat,seperti terdapat dalam Al-Quran Surat An-Nisa ayat 59.Kemudian dalamhal pemotongan upahditengah bencana Covid-19 sebenarnya tidak terdapat dalil baik yang berasal dari Al-Quran ataupun hadis yang memperbolehkan ataupun melarangnya. Oleh karena itu,keadaan darurat membolehkan sesuatu yang terlarang, seperti yang terdapat dalam Al-Quran surat Al-An?am ayat 119.
One of the problems collected by workers or employees is the case of the covid-19 which is currently hitting almost all countries, including Indonesia, one of which, which requires the government to make policy decisions related to cutting workers or employees, this problem is very interesting to study at benefit for the parties concerned, so that the related parties can be accessed from problems that will be in accordance with the principles of sharia so that they can be avoided from the nature of bathil. This study aims to see: review of the sharia economy on government policies regarding wage cuts amid the Covid-19 bencana c. This researche method uses qualitativeresearch with the nature of literature. The results of the study show the current conditions, namely the outbreak of the corona virus, thus issuing a policy of the Ministry of Manpower Number M/3/HK.O4/III/2O2O in Islam This government policy can be carried out especially in an emergency, as contained in the Al-Quran Surat An-Nisa verse 59. Then in terms of cutting wages in the midst of the Covid-19 bencana c, there are actually no good arguments from the Al-Quran or hadiths that allow or prohibit it. Therefore, the state of emergency allows something that is forbidden, such as what is contained in Al-Quran surah Al-An?am verse 119.}
