		abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang (2) pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang.
	Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengolah data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang dan sampel sebesar 36 responden dengan analisis regresi, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikoliniearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalis).
	Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang, (2) stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang dan (3) lingkungan kerja dan stres secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang.





	This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang (2) the effect of work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang (3) the influence of work environment and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang.
	The design of this research is quantitative research by processing primary data through questionnaires given to employees of PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang. The research population is all employees of PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang and a sample of 36 respondents with regression analysis, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test).
	The results showed (1) the work environment had a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang, (2) work stress has no significant effect on the performance PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang and (3) work environment and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Energi Binuang.}
