abstract={Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah analisis kebijakan insentif berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja dan motivasi karyawan PT. Wirahata Berkah Energi dan untuk mengetahui sistem
pemberian insentif yang cocok untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan motivasi karyawan PT. Wirahata
Berkah Energi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan metode penelitian deskriptif kualittatif. Dengan
pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan cara yaitu dengan wawancara dengan informan,
manajer dan juga karyawa, juga melakukan observasi dan dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu(1) pemberian insentif kepada para karyawan sangat berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja dari karyawan itu senidir, dengan adanya insentif para karyawan diharapkan dapat
mengerjakan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan semaksimal mungkin,(2) adapun sistem pemberian
insentif yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan bisa dikatakan sudah bagus, karena baik dari perusahaan
maupun karyawan sama-sama mendapatkan keuntungan walaupun ada beberapa karyawan yang
mengeluhkan kurang efektifnya jam kerja.
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the analysis of incentive policies affect the
performance and motivation of employees of PT. Wirahata Berkah Energi and to find out the
appropriate incentive system to improve the performance and motivation of PT. Wirahata Berkah
Energi Banjarmasin
This research uses descriptive qualitative, With data collection is done using a method that is by
interviewing informants, managers and employees, also observing and documenting.
The results of this study are(1) the provision of incentives to employees is very influential on the
performance of the employees themselves, with incentives employees are expected to be able to
carry out their duties and obligations to the maximum extent possible,(2) as for the incentive
system carried out by the company it can be said It's good, because both the company and the
employees benefit, although there are some employees who complain about the ineffectiveness of
working hours.}
