		abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) Lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada PT. Insan Bonafide Banjarmasin (2) Upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada PT. Insan Bonafide Banjarmasin 
Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey, teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi dan wawancara langsung terhadap karyawan PT. Insan Bonafide Banjarmasin.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada PT. Insan Bonafide Banjarmasin. (2) perlunya kesadaran diri karyawan untuk mengerjakan tugas tepat waktu dan saling menjaga hubungan antar sesama karyawan.




This research aim to test: (1) The environment affects to the effectiveness of employee performance at PT. Insan Bonafide Banjarmasin. (2) The effort to improve effectiveness of employee performance at PT. Insan Bonafide Banjarmasin.
The plan of this research is a qualitative research and a form of survey research. The technique that used for data collection is an observation and interview with the staff of PT. Insan Bonafide Banjarmasin.
Results of the research showed: (1) Environment had a significant effect to the effectiveness of employee performance at PT. Insan Bonafide Banjarmasin. (2) The need for self awareness from employee to do the assignment on time and keeo the relationship between the other employee.}
