Hasilpenelitianmenunjukan(1)Prosesrekrutmentelahdilaksanakansecara efektifsehinggahaltersebutberpengaruhterhadapkinerjakaryawanPT.BorneoIndo Tani,(2)ProsesseleksiyangtelahdilaksanakanolehPT.BorneoIndoTanimengikuti prosedurseleksipadaumumnya,sehinggahaltersebutberpengaruhterhadapkinerja karyawanPT.BorneoIndoTanihaltersebutdapatdilihatdaridariperilakukaryawan dan pelaksanaan kerja karyawan PT.Borneo Indo Tanidengan baik,(3)Proses rekrutmendanseleksiyangseharusnyadilaksanakanolehPT.BorneoIndoTaniyaitu memperbaharuikebijakanprosesrekrutmendanseleksiagarlebihinovatifuntuk meningkatkankinerjakaryawanPT.BorneoIndoTani. Thisstudyaimsto:(1)Determinetherecruitmentandselectionprocesscarried outontheperformanceofemployeesatPT.BorneoIndoTani,(2)Tofindoutthe recruitmentand selection process thatshould be implemented to improve the performanceofPT.BorneoIndoTani. Thisstudyusesaqualitativedescriptiveresearch design with methodsof observation,interviews,documentation,and literature study.The data analysis techniqueusedinthisstudyisaqualitativedescriptivetechniquebyutilizingqualitative data and described descriptivelyobtained from various data from observations, interviewsorliteraturestudies.
