Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat dalam pelayanan e-KTP Secara Online di Kecamatan Landasan Ulin Kota Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari 10 0rang yang di wawancara terdapat 4 orang untuk data yang bisa diolah. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan cara Reduksi data (data reduction), interpretasi data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (conlusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian Persepsi Masyarakat Dalam Pelayanan e-KTP Secara Online di Kecamatan Landasan Ulin Kota Banjarbaru dengan 5 (lima) indikator pelayanan publik Tangibel (Berwujud), Realibity (Kehandalan), Responsiviness (Ketanggapan), Assurance (Jaminan) dan Empathy (Empati) diperoleh secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih ada terdapat beberapa faktor dalam pelayanan e-KTP Secara Online yang harus diperbaiki untuk kedepannya. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data were collected using interview and documentation techniques. Of the 10 people who were interviewed, there were 4 people for data that could be processed. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses data reduction, data interpretation (data display), and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the research on Public Perception in Online e-KTP Services in Landasan Ulin District, Banjarbaru City with 5 (five) public service indicators Tangibel (Intangible), Reality (Reliability), Responsiviness (Responsibility), Assurance (Guarantee) and Empathy (Empathy) obtained overall it has been going well, but there are still several factors in the online e-KTP service that must be improved in the future.} }
