The population of this research was overall financial statement of Perum Perumnas Regional VII Makassar in 2008-2017 period. Then, the way to take the sample was by using Purposive Sampling Technique From the research can be concluded the assets turnover and working capital turnover have a partially and simultaneous effect on the profitability rate of Perum Perumnas Regional VII Makassar.}
