The results of the research and hypothesis testing show that almost all of the trajectories are proven to be significant, and there is one trajectory that is not significant, namely the relationship between the latent variable Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment, where the t-count value is smaller than t-table or 1.11 < 1.96. Organizational Culture has an indirect effect on Organizational Commitment to through Job Satisfaction, the coefficient of determination R 2 = 0.80 indicates that the contribution of Organizational Culture indirectly to Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction is 80% and the remaining 20% is influenced by other variables not examined. Personality has an indirect effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction, the coefficient of determination R2 =0.83 indicates that the contribution of Personality indirectly to Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction is 83% and the remaining 17% is influenced by other variables not examined.} }
