		abstract={Inventory management is carried out by checking by each division. The practitioner does the recording of inventory in and inventory out to the barista section. Inventories of raw materials which are then processed into drinks served to customers are processed by the barista. At the end of every operating hour the barista performs stock checking or inspection of the goods that come out. And at the end of every week, the practitioner records the goods entered by the barista which is inputted into the Inventory report.}
